Please call and leave a message with your name and contact number. We will try to return your call on three occasions, on weekdays between 9am and 3pm.

Conditions for Receiving CDN Desexing Subsidy

  • There is a 3 week expiry date on authorities

  • Payment of co-contribution must be paid in full to the vet clinic on the day of desex

  • You must be polite to clinic staff and not bombard them with unnecessary phone calls

  • Any additional charges (e.g. microchipping etc) are not covered by CDN

  • All cats desexed with the assistance of CDN will receive an ear tip or ear tattoo

  • If you do not collect your cat by closing time you will be responsible for the hospitalisation fee

  • No weekend desexings

  • If you cannot keep your booking or are running late you must inform the clinic immediately

Failure to follow these rules will result in withdrawal of our offer of assistance.

Come in and pick up some lovingly hand-made or quality pre-loved treasures to help support our work with the cats!

Spring is here! Which means warmer weather, and even more kittens being born out on the streets . Cat Defence Network has a charity shop at 69 Waratah street Katoomba to help raise funds for street cat desexing. It is our only fundraising shop in NSW and we are not affiliated with any other groups in the mountains. Our opening hours this coming week are:
